Clean your teeth.
Drink plenty of water, but keep it down to your personal preference.
Get a mask.
If you have a mouth full of plaque, use a mask that can help remove it without causing irritation.
Try to wear a mask during sex.
Some guys prefer to wear their own masks and will use their own lube to get it to feel smooth.
Smell the air.
When you’re in a sweaty room, take note of the scent of your friends.
Use a cotton swab and a sponge to gently wipe the outside of your mouth.
Use your finger to gently brush the inside of your lips and nose.
Use a mask to wipe the mouth.
This method is more effective if you don’t have a mask, but it can also be helpful to take off the mask before kissing.
Apply the cleanser on the inside and outside of the mouth with your fingers.
Taste the cleansers to find out what is working and what is not.
Use an anti-bacterial cleanser to clean your mouth and nose, and then rinse it off.

You don’t want to floss because it can leave a sticky residue on your teeth, so it’s important to use a brush to clean them.

“The amount of time you spend brushing your toothbrush every day is really important,” says Dr. MaryAnn Marr, medical director of the Oral Health Institute at New York University’s Langone Medical Center.

In fact, a single toothbrush brush could last you up to a year, and you’ll save yourself the hassle of having to get one again.3-4 times per week.
Not every day, but every few weeks can be a good time to start.
“If you get to that point, you’re probably getting enough to do with the whole week, so I would not be recommending doing it more than that,” says Marr.
“But if you can’t, then you need a plan.”
4-5 times per month.
This can be achieved by doing a little cleansing every week, and not doing any brushing at all.
“You need to use an antihistamine to clean the teeth,” says Shari Levine, director of dental hygiene at the National Center for Preventive Medicine in Washington, D.C. But you should also be doing some daily maintenance.
Plus, the more you do these, the better you’ll feel.5-6 times per year.
Again, you may need to adjust your schedule, but these aren’t hard to do.
“When you have plaque and gingiva, the body doesn’t really have a good way to clean it,” says Levine.
“It’s really important that you have the ability to do the routine that you need and do it regularly.
It may not feel good, but the plaque will clear up.”6-7 times per decade.
Just about every generation needs to do some cleaning.
“As kids get older, they will start to get some plaque and some gingival tissue,” Levine says.
“When you get older you have more plaque and you need more maintenance.”
